Banana-Nut Bread 

Ingredients

  • 1 c. sugar
  • 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. bananas, mashed
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. biscuit baking mix
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Directions

  • Blend sugar and cream cheese; beat in bananas and eggs.
  • Add baking mix and pecans; stir until moistened.
  • Pour into a greased 9"X5" loaf pan; bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Cool before slicing.
  • Makes 10 to 12 servings.
