Monkey Bread
Ingredients
4 12-oz. tubes refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1-1/2 c. sugar, divided
2 t. cinnamon, divided
1/2 c. margarine, melted
Directions
Cut biscuits into quarters.
Combine 3/4 cup sugar and one teaspoon cinnamon in a small bowl; roll biscuits in mixture.
Layer in a greased Bundt pan; set aside.
Malt margaring in a small saucepan.
Stir in remaining sugar and cinnamon; pour over biscuits.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes; let stand 3 to 5 minutes.
Makes 12 to 15 servings.
