Peanut Butter - Ice Cream Cake 

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped
  • 1/2 c. chunky peanut butter
  • 1 qt. vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 9-inch graham cracker crust
  • 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs

Directions

  • Fold whipped cream and peanut butter into ice cream.
  • Spread in pie crust.
  • Sprinkle with crumbs.
  • Freeze.
  • Makes 6 to 8 servings.
