Ingredients

• 1-1/2-oz. pkg. vegetable soup mix
• 16-oz. container sour cream
• 1 c. mayonnaise
• 10-oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
• 8-oz. can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
• 3 green onions, chopped assorted snack crackers

Directions

• Stir together soup mix, sour cream and mayonnaise until well blended; add remaining ingredients except crackers.
• Cover; chill for 2 hours before serving. Surround with crackers.
• Makes about 5 cups.
