Shoepeg Corn Salad
Ingredients
2 11-oz. cans shoepeg corn, drained
2 stalks celery, diced
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 green or red pepper, diced
8-oz. container sour cream
1/2 c. Caesar salad dressing salt and pepper to taste garnish: paprika
Directions
Mix the first 6 ingredients together.
Add salt and pepper to taste; garnish with paprika.
Chill.
Serves 4 to 6.
