Shoepeg Corn Salad 

Ingredients

  • 2 11-oz. cans shoepeg corn, drained
  • 2 stalks celery, diced
  • 1/4 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 green or red pepper, diced
  • 8-oz. container sour cream
  • 1/2 c. Caesar salad dressing salt and pepper to taste garnish: paprika

Directions

  • Mix the first 6 ingredients together.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste; garnish with paprika.
  • Chill.
  • Serves 4 to 6.
